Q: What is the size of the baseplate used?

A: The baseplate still uses the size 38x38cm (48x48bricks), but the item will be sent as many as 3 units so that the total becomes 38x114cm (48x144bricks). The baseplate can then be lined up when displayed on the wall so that it looks seamless / connected. Chat admin for more info!

Q: Are the items sent in an assembled condition?

A: Poksel is a DIY (do it yourself) product, in other words the item is sent in an UNASSEMBLED condition. We feel that the assembling process is very relaxing and enjoyable. You can still request for the item to be sent in an installed state, but there will be an additional charge (see SKU "Poksel Installation Service")

(1) Checkout and complete the transaction for the purchase of Personalized Pixel Portrait (2) Prepare 3-5 photos (preferably HD) in png, jpg, jpeg format (3) Contact us via chat for the photo sending process via email (4) The Poksel Team will send a draft of the final image which will be received via email reply within 1x24 hours (excluding weekends and red dates) (5) Confirm which image you want. If there is no confirmation within 1x24 hours, we will use the first photo sequence from your submission (6) Your order will be processed immediately! CUSTOM photo criteria

- Provide 3-5 photos (for backup) - Photo quality is preferably HD - Cannot take long-distance photos - Face and shoulders are clearly visible - Lighting must be good (not blurry & dark, lighting is recommended from the side and not from above) - The final part used is only around from the shoulders up
